Murowana Goślina

The Goślin Land Partnership Committee together with Hipolit Cegielski Junior High School No. 1 implemented a Polish-Georgian project of the Youth Freedom Academy “VIP Leadership”. It aimed at encouraging young people to be active citizens and to develop leadership and intercultural skills. As part of the VIP initiative (Very Independent Person), two seven-day workshops were held in Poland and Georgia, covering four thematic blocks: leadership, democracy, creativity and multiculturalism. The workshops were built on the principle of learning by acting, with 30 participants from both countries preparing for the role of intercultural transformation leaders. Working in their local communities, they will encourage others to adopt a democratic and creative approach to life as part of formal and non-formal education.
