The District Holocaust Remembrance Day held under the theme “Gone are in Poland the Jewish Villages” has been organized annually since 2003 in cooperation with Dąbrowa’s Cultural Center and held under the auspices of the town’s mayor and the district head. The project includes contests, exhibitions, meetings with former local Jewish residents and “Children of the Holocaust”, as well as documentary and feature film screenings.
