On June 23, 2016, I invited students from local King Jadwiga Middle School on an educational walking walk through Jewish Zagórów. The walking tour was my third meeting with the students devoted to Jewish culture and prewar Jewish life in Zagórów this year. Among others, I presented to students the life story of Leon Jedwab and his family, history of the local Kehilla (Jewish community) and how it operated, mikveh ritual bath, kosher slaughterhouse, synagogue, Iccchok Lejb Perec library and cheder (Jewish elementary school).

Additionally, I showed them old photographs from Mr.Jedwab’s personal archive. In Spring 2017, I will organize another walk for senior citizens attending the Third Age University.
