In 2015 we started working on Gallery of Characters which presents individuals connected to the Jewish heritage of Będzin. We tell stories of those citizens who were especially important in the town’s history – scientists, artists, rabbis, doctors, war heroes; those who died in Holocaust but also those who survived to tell the story. Andrzej Ciepał – board member of the foundation – is responsible for the Gallery.
