The meeting was organized on June 1, 2017 in Grójec Public Middle School, in cooperation with Forum for Dialogue. Through the meeting with Holocaust survivor George Elbaum, students could partake in a live history lesson and experience inter-generational dialogue and a lesson in tolerance. Meeting participants included students involved in the School of Dialogue as well as – through media and social media platforms – Grójec residents, followers of “Memory for the Future” FB fanpage and George Elbaum’s website. Students also took our guest on a walking tour of Jewish Grójec, which they conducted in English.
