In August 2017, together with friends from the Well of Memory Association, we organized the first Jewish Culture Festival MiszMasz in Lublin. For 3 intensive days, residents and tourists had the opportunity to take part in workshops, lectures, film screenings, walks around the Jewish district, and concerts. We tried to include in the program a variety of forms and topics related to both history and contemporary Israel. Dance, Hebrew, Nigun singing, Israeli cuisine, book fair, klezmer music and Disco Tel Aviv – the event with DJ, are just some of the attractions that the participants of the festival could enjoy.
