Starting this February Forum has launched the Leaders of Dialogue Regional Groups initiative. We’re testing a new way for the Leaders to meet regularly, network, and exchange ideas and solutions that work in a particular region.
We have appointed four Leaders to chair the four regional groups between February and November 2020:
- Agata Radkowska-Parka (Lublin) for the Lubelskie Province
- Robert Augustyniak (Grodzisk Mazowiecki) for the Mazovia Province
- Kamil Mrozowicz (Jedwabne and Białystok) for the Podlaskie Province
- Anita Rucioch-Gołek (Zbąszyń) for the Greater Poland and Lubuskie Provinces
These coordinators will organize regular meetings as well as oversee the projects undertaken by the regional group.
In February 2020 we met with the coordinators in Warsaw for the projects inaugural meeting. We talked about the philosophy behind their activism and programs run by the Forum. To follow are the first meetings of each regional groups, during which the Leaders will discuss and diagnose the most pressing needs in the region and select activities for the current year. Due to the lockdown these meetings are taking place online.
The projects is co-financed by the Ledor Wador Foundation and the Claims Conference.
