The building of Szczebrzeszyn’s former synagogue became the venue for Szczebrzeszyn Tradition Days, held between August 22 and 23, 2015. On behalf of Szczebrzeszyn of Cultures Foundation, I gave an introductory lecture on the role of a woman in Jewish Shabbat celebration traditions. A tasting of local challah bread followed my presentation.
