March 1 and December 17, 2012, Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland conducted a training program to create a team of workers at the Synagogue center. I took part in the training that included a series of lectures and workshops that were to prepare participants for individual educational activism and initiation and coordination of cultural events. The most important task implemented through this program was creating scenario for educational workshops and implementing them for school-aged youth.
