Nine Leaders of Dialogue participated in a workshop dedicated to getting new tools and skills useful in implementing projects commemorating the Jewish past of their hometowns, as well as reestablishing bonds with descendants of Jews who lived there. During the three days of workshop organized by the Forum for Dialogue and led by external experts with practical experience, Leaders learned how to more effectively translate their ideas to project management methodology, how to organize the workflow of projects with diverse stakeholders, and how to cope with challenges that may arise. The workshop was also an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences during more informal talks between themselves and with experts.
