In 2015, the communal hall of the library in Biecz (the former Talmud-Torah building) held a presentation of a book devoted to the history of the Biecz shtetl. This is the second book on the subject of Jews in the royal town of Biecz, after the book on the memory of martyrs of the town of Biecz, published in Israel. The book, published in 1,000 copies, was sold in a flash as the Biecz Town Hall bought 600 copies of it. The book aimed at commemorating the former Jewish inhabitants Biecz who perished during the Holocaust, therefore it was sold at a low price (cost of publishing). The book consists of eight chapters devoted to the history of the Jewish community of Biecz, demographic and political issues, World War II, the returns of the survivors, Jewish artefacts.
The author intends to publish two more studies on Biecz Jews with working titles: “A guide to the Jewish shtetl Beitch” and a biographical dictionary of Biecz Jews.
