    A Community of Changemakers

News 2022

On July 19, the ceremony of unveiling the mural on a pharmacy building in the town center took place in Krzywcza. It depicts three figures related to the history of Krzywcza – Rabbi David Uhri, Roman Catholic priest Władysław Solecki, and Greek Catholic priest Ivan Kalimon, who led the three religious communities of the town from the beginning of the 20th century until the outbreak of the Second World War.

The mural was made by artists from the TE7EM group – Hanna Michalska-Baran, Zbigniew Knapczyk, Bożena and Wiesław Skibiński, Jerzy Cepiński and Mariusz Kościuk. Piotr Haszczyn, an activist who has recently joined the Leaders of Dialogue network was the project’s curator. We encourage you to read Piotr’s report from the project (in Polish only).
